Jason Gore, MBA, MSC
Jason Gore is the CEO of Neuberg Gore where he coaches CEOs of fast-growth startups and venture capital investors. He has been coaching business leaders for over 30 years and has deep expertise in leadership, decision-making, negotiations, accountability, and conflict resolution--this includes addressing, cofounder conflict, board issues, executive collaboration, underperformance, etc.
Jason regularly pushes his own limits and believes that the greatest learning happens at the edge. He is a professional rafting guide, world-ranked competitor paraglider, rescue team leader, improv comedian, and pilot–he rebuilt an open-cockpit, wooden aircraft. He also studies plant medicines in Colombia.
Jason has a unique background in business, leadership, and psychology. Based on his research, he created a toolset for helping leaders identify their blindspots and wrote survival guides for the most challenging conversations that leaders face. He gives all of these away for free.
Jason earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the Haas School of Business at Berkeley, and a Master Somatic Coach certification from the Strozzi Institute. He also taught Organizational Psychology at Sofia University (ITP) and Negotiations at Harvard Law School.
