Structure of Programs
We start by collecting data on the executive’s leadership and collaboration skills from their manager, peers and reports using the Saturn Leadership 360-degree online assessment.
Feedback from other executives is transparent. Feedback from direct reports is anonymous
Report is delivered to the executive who can share it with their manager/HR at their discretion

Based on the data, the executive drafts a leadership plan focused on the most important improvement opportunities. These will become a focal point in the coaching sessions.

The leadership plan is reviewed with their cofounder or manager to discuss the plan and make any adjustments (the coach can facilitate the meeting).

The coach then works with the executive to improve and integrate those leadership capabilities.
Sessions are structured but flexible. Topics usually include:
Their leadership style and leadership development plan
Urgent/important issues and difficult conversations
Clarifying their role & focus
Team dynamics, capabilities, and up-leveling
Tough decisions and business topics
The executive and their manager will dedicate a 1:1 per month to discuss progress-to-date and ongoing support.

A Progress Assessment is conducted at 5-8 months to assess the changes they’ve made.
