Michele Davenport

Michele Davenport, PCC is an executive coach who specializes in communication and leadership effectiveness for individuals and organizations committed to optimizing potential and growth. Michele has coached dozens of C-suite executives in public companies including Genentech, Walmart, and BlackRock as well as pre-IPO companies including Twist Bioscience.

Michele’s experience enables her to engage effectively with clients from a variety of backgrounds across a wide range of fields. She has experienced success in human resources and executive search, entrepreneurial endeavors, and corporate sales. She was the Executive Director of the East Bay College Fund, a Bay Area mentor and scholarship program for first-generation, college-bound youth. With a team of 75 people, she shepherded them through a period of unprecedented growth. Michele worked for Kraft Foodservice, leading her organization in $38mm in annual revenues, all of which have positioned her to quickly identify her clients’ goals and frame approaches for her clients to achieve them.

Michele is committed to volunteerism and civic service and has served in leadership positions for a variety of organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from Loyola University of Chicago, two coaching credentials, one Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a member of Forbes Coaches Council, has been published here several times, and is also certified as Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
