Hilary Folger

Hilary Folger works with startup founders and executives to amplify their leadership skills and help them achieve peak performance. Leveraging her knowledge of cognitive psychology, performance science, and neuroscience, Hilary uses a holistic approach that allows her clients to rewire bad habits, tackle recurring roadblocks, and build stronger, more aligned teams.

Hilary has coached CEOs across fintech, healthtech, cleantech, AI, and DTC retail, works with leaders at Google, Spotify and Pinterest, and is a founder coach at Techstars. Known for her incisive mind and warm personality, Hilary is particularly passionate about helping female founders unlock how they want to lead and build their companies.

Prior to her coaching career, Hilary was a partner at Lippincott, a global brand strategy and design firm. For over a decade, she led dynamic teams of strategists, innovators, and designers to revitalize household names like Walmart, Wells Fargo, and Southwest. Winning industry awards, Hilary’s strategies catalyzed Walmart’s $6B growth in 2016 and positioned Southwest as the #1 performing stock of the S&P 500 in 2015.

Hilary holds a Master’s in psychology from Stanford University, is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and holds multiple specialized coaching certifications anchored in performance science, positive psychology, cognitive psychology, and neuroscience.
