Evelyn Rodstein

Evelyn Rodstein was the Chief Talent Officer of five global Fortune 100 companies including JP Morgan, JPMorgan Chase, KPMG, and Deutsche Bank and a founder-run, diversified middle-market company. She has coached dozens of startup founders and their senior leaders.

Evelyn is an expert in executive coaching, team building, off-site facilitation, and organizational effectiveness. Evelyn works with CEOs, their teams, and high potentials to build leadership skills at every level. She advises on translating strategy into leadership effectiveness, organizational structure, and people processes.

She has developed global coaching-based leadership programs for tens of thousands of leaders. Evelyn’s coaching is grounded in her early work as an individual and family therapist during which she co-authored a seminal textbook in the field.

Evelyn consults with a wide variety of companies across all industries and at various stages in scaling their business. She has been an advisor to early-stage start-ups and a board member of many institutions including the Wharton Executive Education Advisory Board, The Conference Board Leadership Council, and the New York City Leadership Academy.
