Bryan Bayer

Bryan is an executive coach and facilitator with a unique background in business, leadership and technology. He is one of the firm’s experts in facilitation, helping executive teams achieve strategic alignment, resolve deep conflicts, and improve their collaboration.

Bryan is the co-founder of The Integral Center, an international training organization teaching cutting-edge communication tools with chapters in 25 cities worldwide. He helped train 250+ coaches who in turn ran programs for over 10,000 people. Leveraging his experience with the Integral Center, Bryan now focuses on helping entrepreneurs scale their companies. Bryan has worked across a wide-array of technology sectors including consumer, social media, frontier technology, SaaS, Fintech, healthcare, and enterprise.

Bryan has taught at Stanford University, authored numerous articles, and led dozens of training programs worldwide about leadership, communication, and collaboration. He holds a BA in Computer Science, and prior to coaching and facilitating, he led usability and interaction design teams in the Valley.
