Currently, an Embedded Coach at Sonder Inc, she is a Senior Associate at Neuberg Gore, helping to build the next generation of business leaders through one-on-one and team coaching programs.

Before her career in leadership coaching, Alita served in the Army National Guard and worked in international aid. She’s lived and worked in Africa, Peru, Ecuador, India, and Mexico and has created a thriving community of global change-makers.
